Known issue Feed gap 2024-12-18 to 2025-03-10 (RingCentral died, Nextiva sync starts 2025-03-11). The Nextiva-era count includes IVR-routed and direct calls to buyers, not just the old ext-340 queue, so it reads somewhat higher than pre-2025 history.
